Message	so all talk about what parts were worth before that moment is useless. With used parts, one persons "good shape" could be a "nightmare" to another. Each person should inspect the parts. But he did the right thing, and a nice thing, by offering to trade back. You stuck yourself by starting work on the hatch before contacting him. ... Is he being too demanding in saying only a complete trade back is okay? I can't say, but he certainly has a right to.
